The Team
The Curious Corner of Chamarel was dreamt up by David Hartshorn – a British born citizen married to a Mauritian, Paul Rose – another Brit married to a Mauritian and based in Mauritius for 25 years and Ed Gray a UK resident and all round genius, while they were sitting in Chamarel drinking the local rum (there is definitely ‘something in the water’ in Chamarel).
The CCC Team who run the show from day to day are all Mauritians mainly from Chamarel and neighbouring Case Noyale with Makenzie Faron, who worked on the construction of the building, heading up the Operations and Stephane Ducray looking after systems and computers – while David and Paul play golf and Ed is off creating the next cool exhibit.
